A wasteland is in the eye of the beholder. Empty rocky plains are no use for farmers but the wilderness is home to wolves and deer as well as giants.

The moon and stars greet me as night falls. What will I wish for?

The pink mountain flowers surrounding my home welcome me after a long journey.

Wandering by moonlight, I noticed the glowing runes, moonlight letters carved in the buildings all around Whiterun. Were they factions? Warnings? Or Invitations?

The harsh roads lead me to remember, misty-eyed, the morning sunbeams streaming through the inn’s roof in Riverwood.

Deep in the warrens of Riften, I found a peaceful garden…unreachable on the other side of a wrought iron gate.

I found my way to the Thieve’s Guild in Riften, following tales of nightingales. So far, I’ve only seen common thieves.

The trader had a set of books behind the counter, waiting to join my home library.

Beyond the walls of Riftkin, a sailor docks his ship.

The fishers of Skyrim are the epitome of contentment. Sitting with them, I found my own peace.
